Showing the Best in Independent Film
In the beginning, the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival was an idea, born on the banks of the Mississippi River in Dubuque, Iowa.
Today, it is internationally recognized as an indie film festival with a keen eye for tomorrow’s talent. Join us for the 13th annual festival April 24-28, 2024.
