Responsibilities:
- This is a full stack growth position that reports directly to the CEO (serving as interim CMO) and will work primarily to develop, implement, test, and improve customer generating strategies and acquisition channels
- Own early acquisition strategy from launch to scale in order to cost efficiently grow Otis’ revenue, ensuring we are not only driving highly qualified traffic but also converting that into sales
- Identify and acquire high value customer persona types in line with OKRs and unit economics goals
- This role has the opportunity to turn into a full time position (contract to hire)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant marketing, bizdev or sales role
- You are a super scrappy self-starter with a desire to test and learn quickly - you thrive on bringing new ideas to the table and creatively putting them into action
- You are ambitious and willing to experiment across new channels to move quickly and find solutions around any roadblock
- You have an ability to think outside the box of traditional paid marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to take a data driven approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask various projects and stay organized amid ambiguity
- Develop and maintain a testing framework for continued optimization that includes A/B tests and quick feedback loops to iterate on marketing campaigns
- Manage KPI attribution and reporting, communicating tactical recommendations for marketing strategy to senior leadership based on data
