UU Summer Fun Registration
Join us for a week of UU-themed learning, silliness and community from August 19-23rd, 9am-3pm with early drop off and late pick up available. Program is for kids in kindergarten to grade 6. We will accept preschoolers from First Parish that are attending with older sibling(s). if you don't currently attend First Parish and you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact Louise at re@fpmilton.org to talk about it!

To reserve a spot in the program, we require a $50 deposit. Full payment for the program is due by July 1.
Once this form is submitted, you'll receive an email with a confirmation and information on how to send in your deposit.
 The cost of the program is $400, but we do not want cost to be a barrier to participation. If financial assistance is needed, please contact First Parish Milton's minister, Rev. Lisa Ward at minister@fpmilton.org. 
If for some reason you need to withdraw from the program, full refunds are available, minus the $50 deposit, up until 8/5/24.
