States United to Prevent Gun Violence (SUPGV) was formed by a group of local grassroots organizations who recognized the need for greater coordination and sharing of expertise and resources. SUPGV and 32 state affiliates share a common mission: saving lives. We believe Americans have the right to be safe in our homes, schools, and communities and to live in a country free from the fear, loss, and grief caused by gun violence.
