Rafaella Resources acquires Horden Lake copper-nickel project in Quebec
Australia-based Rafaella Resources says it has agreed to a binding agreement to acquire what it calls the impressive Horden Lake battery metals deposit in northwestern Quebec, Kallanish reports.
The 815-hectare property with 18 mining claims is being acquired for CAD 3 million ($2.27m) from Gestion Ora-Mirage by RFR Quebec, a Rafaella subsidiary. The company has paid CAD 400,000 in an upfront deposit. It will acquire 100% of the advanced project.
