You do not need to operate on Flowhub POS in order to use Flowhub Pay. Our cannabis payment solution is available everywhere legal cannabis is sold and may be used as a standalone product.
For the best experience, we recommend using Flowhub Pay integrated with Flowhub POS, but understand that every dispensary’s situation is different.

Flowhub’s pricing is simple and transparent. There are no monthly fees and we do not take a percentage of the sale.
The only cost to dispensaries is the upfront cost of the payment hardware and setup which is a one-time fee per terminal.
The customer pays a small convenience fee per approved transaction, just as they would if withdrawing money from your ATM. You will receive electronic settlement deposits directly to your business checking account within two business days. We do daily settlement from 12 a.m. - 11:59 p.m. for easy reconciliation
You may increase the consumer processing fee if you would like to collect a rebate on every transaction. Rebates are deposited to your bank account monthly.
Yes, Flowhub Pay users can add tipping functionality to their terminals by requesting the feature directly. Once our team enables tipping, dispensary customers will be prompted with a tip option on the terminal at the point of sale. Tips can be set up as a percentage or given in custom increments.
Even though cannabis is legal in many states, credit card companies still won’t work with cannabis businesses or other industries they consider “high-risk.” As long as cannabis is federally illegal, credit cards will not be a compliant payment option for cannabis dispensaries.
Yes, you must have a business bank account to use Flowhub Pay. Personal accounts will not work.
