Spot Prices of Pure Nickel Decline Slightly while the Spot Transactions are Thin

In the spot market, on November 4, Jinchuan nickel premiums were quoted at 5,500-6,000 yuan/mt, with an average of 5,750 yuan/mt, up 500 yuan/mt from the previous trading day.

SHANGHAI, Nov 4 (SMM) - In the spot market, on November 4, Jinchuan nickel premiums were quoted at 5,500-6,000 yuan/mt, with an average of 5,750 yuan/mt, up 500 yuan/mt from the previous trading day. NORNICKEL nickel premiums were 3,300-3,700 yuan/mt, and the average price was 3,500 yuan/mt, up 250 yuan/mt from the previous trading day yuan/mt. SHFE nickel prices fell slightly today while the spot prices rose and remained high. As such, the spot transactions were weak.

In terms of nickel briquette, the price of nickel briquette was 192,900-193,500 yuan/mt, down 2,050 yuan from yesterday. The economy effectiveness of nickel briquette was weak and the transactions of nickel briquette were poor.
