This has been a very effective app to transfer money to myself using my overseas card and to my family members until some few days ago. I sent a transfer, it got debited from my account but somehow failed. I contacted the support and they just said they're looking into it and will respond in 24 hours. Send app already has deducted the money from my account, why not just complete the transaction to the recipient since it's urgent. It seems like I'm getting scammed despite the rapport I've built.

Failed transaction Pit. I've been on an email chain with numerous customer service agents for over two weeks who have "fixed" the problem twice, with no effect on my ability to complete a transfer. I've sent photographs of myself with my passport, photographs with myself and the debit cards being used, and provided all requested details. I'm not sure what's left other than to accept the app doesn't work.

For a long time now, I've been unable to use the app. The transction keeps failing. It says my ID info expired at some point, and I raised a request and submitted my IDs, but it won't work. I can't respond to support messages unless I'm in the app. What happened to responding to the support request via email or web portal. It's frustrating. I am also trying to delete my data, but then I know Flutterwave is notorious for locking in customers' data. It's a giant mess, and I want my data removed.
