Nornickel looks for new ways to feed Finnish nickel plant: report
Russian miner Nornickel is reportedly looking for new ways to supply its large nickel plant in Harjavalta, Finland, with raw materials after local rail operator VR refused to carry Russian cargo.
“The company is considering the possibility of working with other operators, as well as deliveries directly by sea,” according to Russian newspaper Kommersant. Analysts consider the last option the most realistic.
