The session will look at how you can bring about change by becoming involved in NUJ chapels and branches.
Your NUJ membership is a passport to your career – if you have a problem at work, the union will be there to help you, from advice and representation to legal support and professional training. You will part of a community across the broader industry and will be able to attend a huge range of events.
Today’s session will examine how existing reps can encourage more young members to become involved in NUJ democracy and develop ways of supporting early careers members.
