Dr. Chuang graduated from the Health Sciences Technology MD program at Harvard Medical School and MIT in 2004, and did an emergency residency in Cincinnati. Soon after, he did a fellowship in medical toxicology at the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center at Denver Health, and has been pursuing emergency medicine in medical toxicology in both Calgary and Colorado.
