“Since we first contacted Conservatory Insulations and made an appointment for Chris to come and talk to us about their product, we have been very impressed with the professional way we were given all the information we needed to make a decision about having our conservatory insulated and how well the actual work was executed. At this point, we have only had the interior insulation done by them but may, in the future, have the glass removed and replaced by tiles. “Excellent from start to finish. The estimate was given using my measurements and photographs and arrived by email - no pushy sales technique. Once I decided to proceed we agreed on a date - early January. The installers arrived by 8am and did a wonderful job. They were hard working, experienced, polite and friendly. “My conservatory was build in October 2004 but got very little use as in the winter it was far too cold and in the summer far too hot. In 2018 I changed to roof for a glass one with the darkest tint; it made virtually no difference. The furniture, photos and pictures all faded as the sun was so bright, and the candles melted!

In April 2023 I got the CHRIS insulation system fitted by conservatory insulations. It’s made the world of difference. The room is now usable all year round. In the interest of full disclose I admit it’s not as quite as warm as the rest of the house in the winter, or as cool in the summer, but it wouldn’t be, it’s not made of brick with cavity wall insulation, I didn’t expect miracles! But it is a huge improvement and I am really pleased. I’d recommend it to anyone with the same issues.”

“Absolutely superb. We are 1 year into our Conservatory Insulations installed ceiling.

Quote was competitive, and after going round to visit a local house who had had it done, we went ahead and the insulation installed on our PVC roofed large conservatory. It is our dining room, so an important space, with usual issues of too hot in summer and too cold (really cold!) in winter.

The fitters arrived on the scheduled day, and completed the work quickly and did a great job of everything.

We also installed perfect fit thermal blinds, which also help.

Since then we have been through a summer with good hot spells, and a winter with plenty of cold, wet and snowy weather.

It is a cliche - but usably cool in the summer and warm in the winter are absolutely correct. It has completely transformed the room, way beyond expectations.

Interestingly, as the conservatory is an extension to the kitchen, we were worried about the new ceiling blocking too much light and making the interior of the kitchen darker. The opposite is true - it reflects more light in general into kitchen and around the conservatory so the whole thing is brighter, without the feeling of being underneath a solar magnifier.
