Gratitude to Dee Poku Spalding Poku and Diane von Furstenberg for curating such an enriching event. ❤ Staying for the 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙄𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩 was equally rewarding, witnessing the stories of remarkable women like Whitney Wolfe Herd, Reshma Saujani, Stephanie Mehta, Moira Forbes and Jasmine Wahi. 🚶🏾♀️Vital Voices Global Partnership 17𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠 was the highlight of my week, especially receiving advice from the wrap dress queen herself, Diane von Furstenberg, and tech leader Elizabeth Buchanan. Thank you Alyse Nelson for her unwavering support of women worldwide. 🗣️As a Tory Burch Foundation Entrepreneur fellow, I was honored to attend a fireside discussion with Gina Raimondo and Tory Burch. Surreal to be among NY's powerhouse women like Cate Luzio, Anjali Kumar and Karen Cahn, who have guided me in my founder journey. Congratulations to Tiffany Dufu on her well-deserved appointment as the new President of the Tory Burch Foundation! Bravo! #InternationalWomensDay!

🌟Exciting News to Share! 🌟 🌍 I graduated from the Vital Voices Global Partnership Grow Fellowship. I've perfected my driving force and now I'm part of a family that believes in achieving the impossible! I completed: ‣ 30 hours of virtual training ‣ 10 hours of sister circles, community gatherings, and connecting with Vital Voices network members ‣ 6 professional development assignments ‣ Engaged in 80+ collective hours of office hours with trainers 🎨 During my time, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the VV HQ in DC. Stepping into the space, the walls are adorned with 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 from across the globe by the talented Gayle Kabaker! I witnessed the creation of 𝟰𝟬 𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱𝘀 for the Donors Wall by Anh Duong, a symbol of support for the impactful work happening worldwide. 🎤 Additionally, I had the honor of being a panelist at Soho House & Co for a thought-provoking discussion on 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗺 alongside Kaisy Mae O'Reilly, Christine Kapp and skillfully moderated by Taara Sajnani A heartfelt thank you to Alyse Nelson Regina Da Silva Abby Hotchkiss Dalin Nhean Chloe Saintilan Rachel Feldman Shannon Trudge

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝟰𝟰𝟯 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟰𝟰 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. 🎤 I stood on the largest stage I've ever pitched on. Even though I did not win, I am immensely grateful for the invaluable experience and exposure it provided. 👭🏽 I had the pleasure of connecting with a fellow Tory Burch Foundation Entrepreneur and finalist, Rachel Klein, who graciously welcomed me into her circle of founder friends in Indy. You made me feel like I was always part of the crew and made my visit to Indy so much better! 🥩🍷 I hustled my way into a private dinner hosted by Harry B. Wilson IV at St. Elmo Steak House by sending a cold LinkedIn message. The evening was nothing short of exceptional, with enriching discussions on storytelling, mindset, and peak performance. I must also mention that the ribeye and crème brûlée served were, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted in my entire life. Not to be forgotten, the shrimp cocktail with their spicy signature sauce that will clear up your nostrils! 💌 Thank you to the Elevate Ventures team (Christopher (Toph) Day, Jacob Schpok, Nicholas Kuhn, Matt Tyner Jr., Landon Young, Phil Lodato, Daniel Meek, Sara Omohundro, CFA, Erica Schweyer, MBA, Philip Cogley) for hosting the Rally conference. The Tory Burch Foundation Fellowship has forever transformed my professional journey! It was an absolute honor to learn directly from Tory Burch herself. The most remarkable aspect was the profound bond formed with successful, strong women through shared vulnerability—creating lasting connections. 𝗜'𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆. 🎈 I was 8 months pregnant when I attended the Visible Hands accelerator kick-off in Tulsa, Oklahoma without my midwife's approval (my husband came juuust in case I went into early delivery). 😅 It was TOTALLY WORTH IT! The opportunity allowed me to join a community of talented underrepresented founders who are building venture-backed tech startups. The 1 week in-person gathering and continuous virtual programming made me feel like I found my tribe. Here are 4 ways to foster peer mentorship 🤝: 1️⃣ Learn from other founders’ experiences. 2️⃣ Deepen your relationship with a core group of founders.  3️⃣ Gather solutions and resources that have been helpful to other founders. 4️⃣ Share information and collect honest feedback from a trusted group of peers. I am endlessly grateful for the VH team.
