PETERBOROUGH - Gen Phoenix, a producer of recycled leather formally known as ELeather, has announced that capital of US$18 million has been raised in funding to further the company’s mission in creating premium and eco-conscious next-gen materials.
The funding round was led by venture capital firm Material Impact, with participation from footwear brand Dr Martens and Jaguar Land Rover amongst others including existing investors ETF Partners and the Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund.
