Dear Acorn Veterinary Clinic friends,
Good news! After a difficult year of accommodations to safely keep the practice open and allow us to continue to treat our patients effectively, we are excited to welcome back one client wearing a mask for in-person visits. This protocol for reopening will be updated as needed and may change without notice.
Safety is our goal. In an effort to keep everyone – you, your pet, and our staff – safe and healthy, we will continue to require the wearing of face masks while inside the building.

When you arrive for your pet's appointment, please come to the doors and text 530-750-9215 with your name and chair number. We will check you in. A staff member will bring you and your pet inside the hospital for the exam. Only one client may accompany your pet in the exam room. If you need to bring your children, we will provide curbside care.
While appointments are in person, we may ask you to step outside while some treatments are performed to limit the time people are inside the clinic. Please allow our experienced and talented staff to restrain your pet so we can maintain social distancing in the exam.
If you require special assistance for your appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please be assured that we will maintain our vigilant cleaning schedule, all exam rooms will be disinfected between appointments and the reception area will be frequently cleaned.
