With our newest release of Delphi, you can now ask for help from a human analyst if Delphi either can’t answer your question or there appears to be no available information. 🙋
When configuring the Delphi Slack app you can choose a Help Channel where help requests will go.
Once this is set up, if a user clicks a help button, then a link to the thread will be forwarded to the Help Channel.
From here a member of your data team can jump in the thread and help the user. 💪
