Justin Gunter is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Justin represents clients in a wide range of complex and technical litigation matters, including securities litigation, antitrust litigation, class actions, insurance coverage disputes, and cases arising under the Uniform Commercial Code. His clients include banks and broker-dealers, as well as clients in the technology, healthcare, and logistics industries. His strategic approach to litigation ensures that his clients' interests are proactively protected and advanced in litigation.

Justin represents his clients in courts and arbitral venues across the country, including before the 11th Circuit, federal district courts, Georgia state courts, FINRA arbitrations, and AAA arbitrations. He recently represented a software developer in securing early summary judgment from an antitrust case before substantial discovery. He also recently represented a national broker-dealer in a two-week-long FINRA arbitration proceeding against allegations of fraudulent wire transfers. His experience encompasses defending clients against putative or certified class actions, in trials, and on appeal. Justin recently secured a corporate executive's dismissal from a putative antitrust class action, defended the owner of a medical practice in a two-week-long state court jury trial, and defended a summary judgment ruling in favor of a broker-dealer client on appeal.

Justin leverages his prior information technology experience to advise clients on efficient e-discovery practices and to represent technology-focused clients, including software designers and service providers.
