7.1 The Council will consider approval of disbursements over $25,000 submitted by the finance department to the City Council, a list that is on file in the office of the finance department.

7.2 The Council will consider civil penalties for violation of tobacco license regulations by Abi Saab and Sons for Liquor, LLC d/b/a Crystal Wine and Spirits located at 4920 West Broadway.

7.3 The Council will consider a resolution authorizing the purchase of Public Works Security Cameras – Capital Replacement.

7.4 The Council will consider a resolution authorizing the purchase of a tractor backhoe.

7.5 The Council will consider a resolution authorizing the professional services agreement for the 2024 Utility Reconstruction Project.
