A-Team Believe Initiative Sign-Up Form 
We are so excited you are interested in joining us for the A-team Believe Initiative this year and becoming an Angel Among Us! Help others at your school, at your parish, or in your neighbourhood. Take a leadership role in exploring innovative ideas to help bridge any gaps that exist within your school community. Find ways to enhance the sense of community at your school.

Please submit your name (as teacher supervisor) and identify one or two students who could play a role as "Team-leads" for your A-team. Believe Initiative will send them communication and outline what their responsibilities will be. It's not too much work, mostly just relaying messages to the other students in your A-team. 

Applications are due November 3rd, 2023, and applicants will be notified on November 10th of their status!
