Daily meditations to and from work

I came across Kelly’s podcast when I needed a pick me up from daily life stresses. I listened to “I will get through this” and immediately felt the shift in my body. From then on, i became a daily listener. Kelly has such a soothing voice also. Her meditations are long enough for me to listen to going to and coming home from work. Thank you Kelly!
