I usually don't like to write negative reviews for anything. I prefer to share positive experiences. This however? This is absolutely awful. .50 cents per minute is absolutely bonkers. If it wasn't for the fact I have autodetailing experience, it would have cost me ridiculous amounts to wash my car. I already got charged 8 dollars for having to get a second wash due to their faulty hardware at the location. Look elsewhere, there are better places to wash.

This app is garbage. I've now paid $14 twice for car washes that used to cost $5. The app automatically "recharges" your credit card, but never ends the session. You can start the session remotely, but it won't end. Hang the hoses up and drive away, you are still paying until it maxes out at $14 leaving you with a balance of $0. Will never use another car wash that requires this app.

I love to get my car washed after driving on dirt roads because there's so much sand stuck everywhere. I do both Uber and Lyft so keeping the car clean is important and 95% of the time when I pull into this car wash I push one or two buttons and voila. There have been a few occasions where the app says that the system is offline. On some other occasions the system does not activate the car wash but the record shows that I used the car wash but it didn't work.
