Does not offer order fulfillment for most vendors. Very deceptive on what's actually available from them. Constant bugs. Thought I was stupid but no the app wasn't working on their back end.

After reviewing your support tickets, our team identified several configuration issues that were preventing parts of the setup from working as expected, including distributor catalog settings and title synchronization. Alexandra from our support team has followed up with you directly and summarized the fixes in the support thread.
To clarify for anyone reading: automated order fulfillment is currently available for some distributors but not yet for WPS or Parts Unlimited. We understand that this could have been clearer in the app interface, and we appreciate the feedback. Improving visibility around distributor capabilities is something we’re actively working on.
Our team has offered to review the store configuration together in a working session to make sure everything is set up correctly and operating as intended.

Very confusing to using. Was never able to get help connecting my store to my vendor. Emailed them and never got a response. They did charge my account the $99.00 and kept it. I got nothing from them for a $99 fee.

We did attempt to assist multiple times through email, phone support, and scheduled onboarding meetings, including a full walkthrough of the app and help connecting your vendors. We also investigated the support ticket issue you mentioned, but unfortunately were unable to reproduce the problem on our end.
Regarding the $99 charge, the app remains installed and subscribed on the store, which is why billing has continued through Shopify’s subscription system.
Our team is still happy to help get everything configured correctly, including vendor integrations and catalog setup. Please reply to any of our existing support emails and we’ll continue working with you directly.

If you’re considering this app, save yourself the frustration. It’s a waste of time, money, and effort, with nothing but broken promises in return.
The core features are completely unreliable. Pricing is inaccurate, costs don’t sync, and basic functions fail to operate as promised. While it does allow product uploads, you’re essentially paying extra for a service you already have access to, and the added features don’t even work as they should.
This app has been one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy into there shop in a box. No matter how much time or money I put into it, it never worked properly.
Customer support responds quickly, but that’s about it. They acknowledge issues and promise to escalate them, but nothing actually gets resolved. It’s just an endless cycle of waiting with no results.
Thank you for your review. These are brand-specific data issues which are not under our control. For example, the cost issue that you mentioned is due to the brand coding from the distributor. We have notified them and included an override in our app to correct it. We also notified the manufacturer about invalid image URLs. Our app relies on accurate data from the distributors and catalogs. We recommend that you reach out to the manufacturers when you run into these types of issues. Or if you prefer, contact support and we can advocate on your behalf.
